The Institute of Grant & Project Management Studies (IGPMS) was founded in June 2016 and formally incorporated in Kenya in July 2023. We offer professional training and consultancy across education, development, governance, information technology, the built industry, hospitality, and health — working with the Public and Private Sectors, Not‑for‑Profit organisations, and Academia.

IGPMS does not teach or offer professional consultancy from a single point of view. Every assignment is delivered through our Team of Experts model: a Delivery Architect grounding the work in real project execution, an Agile Coach for adaptive and hybrid delivery, Commercial Counsel for contracting and governance realities, and a Financial Controller for the budget and reporting lens donors and boards apply. Facilitators are drawn from a vetted pool of certified practitioners active across programmes, projects, and the development sector.
