These Terms of Service govern your use of the IGPMS website and your enrolment in any IGPMS training programme or engagement of IGPMS consultancy services. By using this site or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms.
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the applicable fee and completion of any required registration steps. Programme fees, formats, and start dates are as published on the relevant programme page at the time of enrolment and are subject to change with reasonable notice for future cohorts.
IGPMS courses are designed to prepare candidates for third-party certification exams (including PMI-aligned credentials). Certification is awarded by the relevant accrediting body, not by IGPMS, and remains subject to that body's own requirements.
All course materials, frameworks (including the Measuring What Matters methodology), and website content are the property of IGPMS or its licensors and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
Organisational licence terms, seat counts, and renewal conditions are as set out in the applicable licence agreement or pricing sheet issued to the licensee.
IGPMS delivers training and consultancy in good faith and in line with current professional standards but does not guarantee specific exam outcomes, career results, or project outcomes arising from advisory engagements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
